Responsibilities

As Regional Training Supervisor/Instructor for Weatherford SLS in Middle East and North Africa; I’m responsible for:

· Updating and maintaining all training curricula and materials/modules so it’s current with operational technology.

· Participating in performing training needs analysis to identify performance gaps.

· Participating in developing a standard technical training program to meet learning and development needs of all SLS employees across MENA region.

· Providing internal consulting services to SLS employees and management for the purpose of improving the overall technical job proficiency and performance of SLS employees.

· Working to continuously improve all training techniques (delivery and assessment methods).

· Delivering internal and external technical training programs in various locations with major clients.
